- ‘Golden Vegetable Crust’ for a quiche, and a good use for the Summer squash we picked up, using Moosewoods “The Enchanted Broccoli Forest.”
- Thai Fried Rice from “Bill’s Open Kitchen” by Bill Granger.
- Guacamole from “Mexican Everyday” by Rick Bayless.
